24 Hours Til… Grateful Dead Meet-Up at the Movies

If you’re a Deadhead, then you probably don’t need us to tell you what tomorrow is, since you’ve most likely had it circled on your calendar for quite some time, but for those of you who might not be in the loop, here’s hoping you don’t already have Thursday night plans, because it’s time for the 9th Annual Grateful Dead Meet-Up at the Movies.

What is this event, you ask? It’s an opportunity visit participating theaters – hopefully there’s one in your neck of the woods – and see a concert by the Dead. This year, it’s the previously-unreleased June 17, 1991 show at Giants Stadium in New Jersey. Some say it’s one of the best shows from the band’s later years, and now you’ll be able to see for yourself. Plus, as a bonus, Dead archivist David Lemieux will also offer a reveal of the Grateful Dead's 2019 boxed set.
