Rhino Playlist: Another Year Down

As we enter the final days of 2014, we here at Rhino are looking forward to whatever 2015 may bring while also doing the same thing we do every day of the year: listening to music. Mind you, that doesn’t mean that the holidays haven’t also caused us to start the wind-down process and occasionally look for ways to provide posts that, shall we say, don’t involve the heaviest of lifting.

In turn, we bring you a playlist, one inspired by the ending of an old year and the arrival of a new one. As per usual with our playlist efforts, this one’s decidedly all over the place, stylistically speaking, but since that means it’s not unlike our catalog, we figured it made creative sense. As such, you’ll start with Third Eye Blind, end with Skrillex, and in between you’ll be treated to tracks by the likes of Leo Sayer, Husker Du, the Modern Folk Quartet, Tori Amos, the Eagles, the Everly Brothers, Albert King, Randy Crawford, and many, many more.
